It seems like everyone's wearing spirit hoods these days.I'll be honest, when I first saw them I wasn't too convinced and thought it was one of those typical "crazy" trends that always seem to pop up in London. However it's really grown on me, their cute and super warm definitely a must for this bi-polar English weather. 
On a side note...don't you think the model in this pick looks like jade from BNTM?  Glad to see her working!
